Peanut Pedal Powered
Tractor Pulls! Kids, ages 3-12 years old, pedal specially geared
tractors, pneumatic tires (air-filled) on drive wheels. Tractor hitched to a
special weight transfer sled. Sled has weight box, weights are added for age
classes 3-12 years old. Boys and girls, same age, pedal and pull weighted sled. Winner of
each age class who pulls the most weight the longest distance by pedaling a tractor
and weight slide plus weights, the longest distance. Pulling tract consists of a
portable 4' x 33' fiberglass pads, or pull may be staged on any smooth, hard
surface such as a gym floor, concrete walkway, blacktop, mall floor, parking
lot, dirt, gravel, or grass surface. Adult or Powder Puff pulls for adult celebrities. An excellent promotional feature for local news and elected officials. IT'S A HOOT!
Competition by age, 3-12 year old. Boys and girls
pull against each other in the same age group. Distance each child pulls the
sled is measured and recorded. Weight is added to sled as required to determine
each age category winner.
Prizes are provided by the Georgia Peanut Commission and Funny Farm Clowns & Associates. Additional prizes may be provided by pull sponsor, if desired. First, second and third place winners are awarded ribbons and certificates in each age category. All contestants will receive a membership certificate in the International Peanut Pedal Powered Tractor Pullers Association and a sample bag of Georgia peanuts. 1st Place winners receive a silk screened T-shirt.
